Your assistant sends us your name, email and phone so we can hold the room. Card details never pass through it — you add those yourself on a secure page after the room is held.

The Perch partners with Sigtrip for direct booking through AI assistants — ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Meta AI and others. Check live availability and create the reservation directly in the hotel’s system at the best direct rate. Nothing is charged at booking time; the guest guarantees the stay afterwards with a card on a secure page.
The reservation is created in the hotel’s own property management system, in the guest’s name, at the hotel’s direct rate. Sigtrip does not resell rooms and adds no commission to the guest’s price; the guest pays the hotel. Card details go to a Stripe-hosted page — the assistant never sees them.
